● Story Yoga for Pre-schoolers (3-6 yrs) with Funshine Yoga
Story Yoga for Pre-schoolers is a lovely afternoon class where carers and children jump on the mat together. Each week we follow an enchanting story with movement and yoga. We use songs, music, sensory play, arts and crafts to enhance their experience. Suitable for pre-schooler’s age 3-6 years and their parent/carer.

A short and sweet class with toddler and parent on the mat together, enjoying a magical Yoga
Adventure with storytelling, music, nursery rhymes and songs. A great time for parent and child
to bond and have fun!

In this class we have fun with songs, stories, movement, games, arts, crafts, dance, yoga and relaxation.
A great way to have fun with your child in a relaxed, creative environment helping you both feel nurtured, calm and full of healthy vitality.
These classes will help your child to relax and have fun while they develop not only strength, coordination, flexibility and balance, but also body awareness, and self confidence, sparking their imagination and creativity along the way.

A great chance for your child to shine whilst exploring yoga, mindfulness and relaxation in a fun way through active Yoga Storytelling, Yoga Gym, Yoga Dancing and Yoga Games. Your child will develop strength, flexibility, body awareness, creative movement expression and learn how to breath deeper and relax in a safe, fun and non-competitive space of friendship and connection.

Every session ends with a playful and age appropriate relaxation.

In this class your child will have the chance to discover and develop his super powers like strength,
flexibility, self regulation, mindful awareness, kindness, self love and respect through practicing
yoga, doing yoga dances, fun mindfulness exercises and through playful breathing and
relaxation exercises and games.

Yogadance® Tweens, Girls Only 10-13yrs is a special class in which your daughter will build a positive
relationship with herself through yoga.
Doing yogadance on a regular base will help her become more aware of her body, develop strength,
flexibility and self confidence.
She will learn tools and techniques to help her self regulate, deal with big thoughts and feelings,
develop self love and respect and find a state of calm and balance within herself.
Together we create a safe, fun and non-competitive space where we can connect, express, be
creative, do our yoga and dance and feel revitalized, more calm and clear at the end of each session.
Yoga in this class is offered in a fun, playful, age appropriate way.

This MBSR programme sparks the children’s interest in mindfulness in a playful, super fun and age appropriate way. During this introductory course the children get to learn and develop an understanding of how the mind and brain works and how we can train the mind to pay attention to the Present Moment. They will get to see and understand the secret of where our thoughts come from and how they can make us feel worried, anxious or stressed. They will explore who and what inside themselves can notice everything going on inside and outside and develop present moment awareness as a result. Once we get a sense of this we’ll discover some pretty mind blowing benefits for ourselves and our lives. The course is packed with fun games, exercises and visuals and gives children an essential understanding of what it means to be mindful / present.

Half Term Yoga Camp 4 All is a very special half term event for our young yogis.
During 4 sessions spread out over 4 different days the children will get to explore yoga in 4 different ways:
Yogadance: in a Yogadance session the children will use yoga poses and dance moves to choreograph and perform and entire dance together to cool and fun music. Great to enhance cooperation and creative movement expression!
Handstand Workshop: what child does not want to conquer the handstand? In this workshop we use yoga poses to help us build confidence and strength in order to get to the final triumph of mastering the handstand!
Partner & Acro Yoga: in this session children will practice yoga poses together, enhancing cooperation, body awareness, coordination, strength and flexibility. Also they develop courage and trust when exploring the more daring acrobatic possibilities of partner yoga. Great confidence booster and wonderful preparation for the Aerial Yoga class!
Aerial Yoga: in an aerial yoga session children can take their yoga experience up in the air and fly with the help of their silken and colourful hammock. The ultimate experience of yoga and acrobatic yoga for our adventurous young yogis!
